Step 1: Log in to Tourismo
This can be done by accepting an invite email (if you got one).
If you did not get an invite, log in to admin.tourismo.co.
Step 2: Find Your Listings Available for Claiming
Once logged in, these listings should appear on your screen.
**If you cannot see your listings, reach out to your platform administrator to get invited/given ownership to the listing(s).
If you do see your listing, click it.
Once in the listing, there will be a “Claim This Listing” button on the right. Click it.
Step 3: Confirm Your Identity
Once you click the “Claim This Listing” button, you will be sent an email confirming your identity.
Step 4: Edit Your Listing
Once you have confirmed that you are you, you can go into your listing and edit it.
The Overview tab will give you a look at what your listing looks like
Edit your location, media, contacts/links, hours, content, communications, etc.
**Note: If your email was removed/changed and/or the owner was removed/changed, you may not be able to make changes or claim your listing. If this happens, contact [email protected] so we can help you get sorted out.
