DMO Setup

Adding a DMO partner or DMO user to Tourismo.

At this time, please reach out to our support team.

For platform Users:

To allow a DMO access to analytics related to your content, they will need to be added to your regions.

  1. Navigate to Content > Regions and select a region.

  2. Navigate to the DMO tab and add all DMOs that you are partnered with.

  3. You will need to do this for each region you want to give the DMO access.

  4. You can also give access to itineraries in the same way. This allows DMOs to surface your itineraries on their website using or wordpress plugin

For DMO Users:

Login by going to https://admin.tourismo.co/

The dashboard is where you can find high level analytics of user interactions with content you have access to. This is also where you can adjust settings related to your DMO by click the edit in the top right.

Editing DMO Settings:

Under the General tab is where you can change name, description, and logo. This is also where you can access your API key that is required to use the wordpress plugin.

The area tab also changes the overall area that your DMO covers altering the scope of data collected.

Content:

This is where you can view what listings, events, regions and media you have access to view. This is determined by what regions the platform administrators have allowed access to.

Reports:

This is where you can find analytics and reports of user interactions with platform content.
