Creating a Listing

To create a new Listing, go to the Listings tab in the sidebar and click “New Listing +” in the top right.

Enter the name of your listing. You will see a dropdown of online listings to pull information from, select the one that matches your listing.

This should automatically add your Region and Website URL fields. If you want a different region or URL, edit the fields manually.

  • If your Region does not yet exist in your platform, select Create New Region.

If you do not see an appropriate option to choose from, you can always create your Listing manually.

Using Magic Listings

Using Magic Listings greatly speeds up the listing creation steps by pulling information about your listing directly from online sources to automatically populate details like descriptions, photos, URLs, social media, and others. Magic Listing information can always be manually adjusted or removed later.

Click on Let's Make Some Magic

You'll next be asked to select an Image as the hero image of your listing.

You can also see the various fields magic creation as auto populated from available data (indicated in green).

Select Create Listing

You've now created your Listing - congrats!

You will be brought to the Listing Overview tab, where you can general information about your Listing.

Listing Tabs

Across the top of your Listing page you will see a series of tabs:

Note: when adjusting information on any of these pages, remember to click Save in the bottom left to save your changes.

Overview

Provides an overview of all your Listing information. In addition to seeing it's location and hero image, you can check out Recent Activity (such as website clicks or checkins), as well as add Tags to your Listing.

Location

Here you can adjust your Listings name, type, Region, location information, and add bounds to your location for Check Ins.

You must enter the Location Coordinates. You can grab the Latitude and Longitude by right-clicking on the location in Google Maps and copy-pasting it into the Latitude and Longitude fields. Or, you can find the Pin on the Location Area map below, and move it slightly to populate the Latitude and Longitude fields. You can also assign a Boundary Area.

Content

The Content page is where you can enter additional information about the Listing. Magic Creation will write description of your Listing, or enter/adjust them manually with your own words. Here you can add additional Content Types if your app or website are provisioned for them.

Contact & Socials

The Contact & Socials page is where you can add contact information such as an email, as well as links to your Listings social media profiles. Click “Add New Socials +” and select the Type from the dropdown menu. Add the URL to the socials page. Adding an @username will not work.

Hours

If you used Magic Creation, the listing hours will automatically populate (typically will pull from hours listed on Google). You can also enter or adjust them manually.

Images

Adjust the Hero or Carousel images here.

Analytics

The Analytics tab displays outbound clicks on your Listings associated URLs, as well as Check Ins (if set up).

Magic Content

View all the Magic Content that auto populated when you created the listing. If you entered the Listing manually, you can always head here to add Magic Content later.

Activity Log

Track changes to your Listing here. This will display the time, type of change, and user.

Extension Settings

Edit extension settings on this tab.
