Checking in to a location is one of the ways to earn yourself points. What do you do if it doesn’t work?
First, we recommend you go through this simple checklist:
Do you have the most recent version of the app? (Check for updates in the App Store)
Are you using mobile data? (We recommend this, as WiFi can disrupt your location accuracy)
Are your location settings set to On? (Go to your phone settings, click on our app, and view the location settings)
Is the location open?
Are you at your location?
The last two may seem silly, but no, you cannot check in ahead of time :).
If any of the above are a “no”, then you may likely be having trouble checking in.
